primete internet is is very bad to the extent that you can't browser on it for 1 minutes without it disconnecting. you will need to stand to special place before it can connect. it will connect for 1 minutes sometimes 2 second and disconnect for 5 minutes. I regretted using my money to buy primetel internet. I have never seen a internet to be very bad like their internet. I won't recommend it to anyone because it's a waste of money.

It is one of the most stupid, useless and user-unfriendly application in the world. 1. Customer support doesn't work (an error "smthg went wrong") 2. There is no button to log out 3. There is no option to add the card for payment, so you have to fill the payment form with your hands every month (6 fields!!! ) 4. You can't change the payment method because the app says you should register, and if you are a registered user, this flow just ends with an error "your are already registered"

This app is seriously flawed and dated. As soon as I open the app, there's an intro screen? Such intros don't introduce anything than just consume energy and time for the user that downloaded your app. We already know its Primetel, we downloaded your app, no need for introductions and pointless logo animations. After that is done, I can't do absolutely anything because the page is buffering indefinitely. Fix your UX, and seriously redo the whole thing otherwise you wasted your money on nothing.
